The funding for the service is always on going, as by the nature of the service, equipment needs to be maintained continually and replaced from time to time. Also with the new EU and government legislation for sea rescue and safety services being bought in year-by-year, our Volunteer Crew and its back up have to be trained to a high standard. All this costs money and the continued support from the public and community is vital to our survival.

VOLUNTEERS

If you are interested in becoming one of our Volunteer Crew, simply download the application form and send it to us or for an informal chat give us a call or pop in and talk to us.

FUNDRAISING

You can help with funding too. We continually have fund raising events so if you can help in any way then please talk to us. Sponsored events help to raise money as well as donations made by the community and businesses.

SCHOOL TALKS

We continually look at ways of informing the community about what we do and about being safe on the beach and in the water. We are more than happy to come along to your school to talk to students about what we do and the importance of being safe. If you would like to organise a talk at your school please give us a call or email us.
